During the summer school we will explore the fundamentals of the English legal system, with particular reference to constitutional law, criminal law, human rights and jurisprudence. There will be lectures, the opportunity to discuss and debate the issues in seminars, and most likely a group project to allow you to put your newly-acquired knowledge and skills to the test. Students may also have the opportunity to attend tours and network with current lecturers and PhD students within the Department.
