Imperial College London
Our Genetics Summer School is designed for A-level students who might be considering a Biology related degree. It has a three-day lab practical supported by University-style teaching sessions. In the lab, you will use genetic techniques to stain fruit fly organs, and using a confocal microscope capture some of your very own images. You will also have the chance to meet current PhD students at Imperial College London, and learn more about their research.
