This summer school will introduce you to the study of Law at university, through introductory sessions on law and legal studies, as well as sessions on substantive law in areas such as Criminal, Contract, Family and Employment Law. Teaching and learning will be via a combination of lectures, small group teaching and interactive workshops. You may also have the opportunity to visit one of the Inns of Court and/or a law firm and/or the Supreme Court. By the end of the Summer School you will have a greater understanding of what studying law at University entails and a greater understanding the legal profession and of the paths to becoming a lawyer.
