In this very topical and interactive strand, students will explore issues of global importance such as food security, alternative food sources, consumer choices and nutrition for public health. Working in our 'superlab' with leading researchers, as well as hearing from representatives from the food industry, students will get a firsthand experience of both study and career opportunities in this valuable and fast-moving field.
