Subject overview

This Summer School will give you a unique and exciting insight into a Medicine degree at Cardiff University. You will have the opportunity to experience medical teaching from our staff as well as access to our leading facilities including our Clinical Skills Suite. Current Medical students will be alongside you for the duration of the Summer School offering you advice and information from a student perspective. You will experience student life, including staying in student accommodation attend taking part in typical student activities, experiencing a variety of sports and society activities on offer and visit the Student Union – the hub of student life!

Subject Specific Entry Requirements

Students should be studying 3 A-Level (or equivalent) subjects which include Chemistry and Biology.
Requirements at GCSE or equivalent: English Language 6 (B), Maths 6 (B), Science 66 (BB), Other subjects, to make a total of nine, at a minimum of grade B.
Subjects NOT considered: Level 2 BTECs.
