Geography is the integrated study of the Earth's landscapes, peoples, places and environments and offers insights into some of the most pressing problems that humanity currently faces. Sustainable development will enable students to take their place as local and global citizens and rise to the challenges facing the environment and society. During the Summer School, you will explore various aspects of Geography and Sustainable Development taught at The University of St Andrews. Through lectures and practical workshops led by academic staff you will get a sense of what it would be like to study Geography and Sustainable Development at degree level.
This is an Option 1 subject. You can choose one subject from Option 1 and Option 2. You cannot choose Medicine as both options.
