Royal Veterinary College
The The RVC summer school in 2021 is currently scheduled to run in a blended approach, with students attending the campus to experience animal handling and clinical skills practical sessions in a safe and reasonable way considering the pandemic situation at the time. The rest of the Summer School will run virtually, including taster lectures, group work, fun social events and at-home skill based practicals. You can check out how our 2020 fully virtual event went in this video.
Therefore we ask students who apply to keep the whole period free (26th July – 3rd August – not including the weekend). We will schedule the five days of the summer school within this period according to the situation closer to the time, to maximise your time on campus where possible
We will update this page to reflect any changes to the format of the programme due to the ongoing pandemic. If there are any changes made to the format after the deadline on March 16th, 2021, applicants will be contacted directly by the universities.
