Entry requirements

There are no subject specific requirements for Philosophy. If you are interested in applying for Theology & Religion as your programme of undergraduate study at the university, you need to take at least one social science or humanities subject at A level.

During the summer school students will explore a range of topics across both Philosophy and Theology and Religion, showing where common ground leads to fascinating connections and also giving you a flavor of what is more distinctive about the two kinds of academic department. With an emphasis on exploration and open discussion, the sessions will help develop skills in critical thinking, analysis of controversial issues, and engaging with a range of perspectives and source materials. Students will also have the opportunity to network with current lecturers and PhD students within the Department.
