In the Computer Laboratory we study and develop the science and technology that makes modern computing possible. There is a vast range of topics within computer science, and rapid progress occurring in almost all of them. In the Computing Summer School, we will focus on some core principles of computer science, including algorithms and problem solving, as well as computer programming. We will also expose you to a broad range of topics within the subject through a series of explanatory and practical sessions. No prior knowledge of Computer Science or programming is required.
