University of Cambridge
Philosophy, Theology, and Religious Studies together celebrate a shared history, engaging with questions relating to human flourishing and the common good - what it means to live ethically, and how to understand God's existence and being. This Sutton Trust Summer School focusses on key philosophical and theological questions, giving you a chance to hear cutting-edge ideas and engage in meaningful discussions with academics, graduate and undergraduate students from the Faculties of Divinity and Philosophy. Students find the course really rewarding. One of our 2020 attendees said: “I really enjoyed the constant debates we had within the sessions, and that it was so interactive and engaging”, while a 2021 participant said “I loved the supervision; it was the most intimidating, prickly heat inducing thing but I really appreciate how intensely I was made to challenge and develop my ideas and I can see how after just a few supervisions a student would really grow.”
