The Summer School aims to bring awareness about the Chemical Engineering and its importance in addressing many challenges such as sustainability, environment, energy and healthcare. The course will explore a broad range of topics from manufacture of products and affordable clean energy, to concepts relating to climate change and good health and wellbeing. The aim is to illustrate how Chemical Engineers can play a key role in a range of sectors and industries. During the programme you will have an opportunity to experience a series of lectures which will look at some of the current research highlights at the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology at Cambridge. Students attending the Summer School will develop an insight about the subject and more importantly what Cambridge has to offer in terms of an undergraduate experience of studying Chemical Engineering.
